Greg, the Englishman and technologist, has lived in the south of France for many years. Over time he's discovered the wines and the rich character of the region.
Laurent, the Frenchman and sommelier, is from the Uzège and his work is literally in wine. With decades of experience in hospitality, the restaurant trade and, later, as a specialist wine merchant, he loves to share his passion for wine.
